Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, and in alignment with the policies, procedures, and standards of Grafik Pinehouse Baguio City, the Room Sales Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to the Sales and Marketing team, specifically focusing on room sales.

This role is responsible for handling inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and guests. The coordinator helps drive revenue by supporting the team in converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Qualifications/Requirements

DEGREE in Hospitality Management, Business courses or related course

Sales coordinator experience is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Operations
