Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, consulting, or related industries.
• Technical background with knowledge of Replit, project process and delivery an advantage
• Experience in Australian mortgage industry interfaces such as NextGen, Simpology, Credit bureaus.
• Experience developing user stories, process flows, detailed requirements, acceptance criteria and other documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer centric attitude and an ability to develop world class digital user experiences
• Proven ability to own and execute on a range of tasks
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and influence outcomes.
• High attention to detail, with strong organisational and documentation skills

Core responsibilities:

• Develop the business requirements for the new platform.
• Knowledge of the mortgage aggregation industry to understand objectives, requirements, and challenges.
• Analyse processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and user experience improvement opportunities.
• A focus on digital user experience
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to design solutions that enable automation and process optimisation.
• Document and maintain business requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of process or system enhancements.
• Provide insights and recommendations on process improvement and digital initiatives
• Monitor implemented processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals
