Account executive/ account manager/ sales executive (urgent hiring)

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to lead the growth, retention, and success of our high-value corporate partnerships.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teams, elevating relationships from a traditional vendor-client setup into long-term strategic partnerships.
Your mission is to understand client business challenges and deliver innovative, Apple-integrated solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Build and manage relationships across multiple levels—from IT and Procurement to executive leadership (CIO, COO, CFO)
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on ROI, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and long-term technology strategies
- Provide consultative solutions by identifying opportunities to integrate Apple technologies (macOS, iPadOS, Apple Intelligence) into business workflows
- Growth & Revenue Management
- Develop 1–3 year account plans, including hardware refresh cycles and solution roadmaps
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., digital transformation initiatives)
- Drive retention through proactive account management and value optimization
- Technical & Compliance Coordination
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions at scale
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, security, and compliance requirements
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical or operational issues
- Market & Industry Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends such as AI, customer experience innovation, and remote work security
- Position solutions that address evolving business challenges and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or B2B sales
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Technology sectors is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions (e.g., MDM, Active Directory, device ecosystems)
- Proven ability to drive account growth and client retention
- A strategic thinker with a consultative selling mindset
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into solutions
- A relationship builder who prioritizes client success and long-term value
