About the role
Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Manresa, Banawe, Quezon City. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and a range of excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing- Providing high-level administrative support to our executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents
- Coordinating and participating in meetings, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Providing general office support, such as managing correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of our executive leadership
- Amenable to work 100% on-site
