Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, and a strong ability to manage high-level administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Draft and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations
Organize and maintain confidential files and records
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
Assist in the preparation of board materials, minutes, and presentations
Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials when needed
Perform ad hoc administrative and office support duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
