Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence, grow our digital community, and support lead generation through engaging and strategic content. This role is key to building brand awareness, promoting real estate listings, and supporting recruitment through compelling storytelling and data-driven content strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, etc.) that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily interactions with followers—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns, listings, and recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor analytics to track engagement, reach, and other key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in paid advertising execution on social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Support community-building initiatives through contests, polls, and interactive content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content ideas, success stories, and company updates.
  • Contribute to content calendars and planning documents to ensure consistency and timeliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts; real estate or sales-driven industry background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of each platform’s strengths, user behavior, and content formats.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
