Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)
Work Arrangement / Work Shift: EST PART TIME
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for client projects within the manufacturing, distribution, and food-related industries. In this client-facing role, you will lead discovery sessions, configure system solutions, handle demand planning and inventory management, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.This position requires strong expertise in NetSuite modules alongside functional knowledge of perishable goods compliance and supply chain processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end implementation, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.
- Leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, providing best practice recommendations, and working directly with business stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting
- Experience with Food & Beverage, Perishable Goods, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Distribution (WD), Retail, or Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Lot Number Tracking
- Hands-on experience with Expiration / Best By Date
- Hands-on experience with FEFO (First Expired, First Out)
- Hands-on experience with Inventory Management
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Inventory
- Hands-on experience with Work Orders & Assemblies
- Hands-on experience with Demand Planning (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Purchasing & Receiving
- Understanding of inventory traceability and compliance for perishable products
- End-to-end implementation experience is required
- Must be comfortable leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, providing best practice recommendations, and working directly with business stakeholders.
