JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Financial Management or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in admin, corporate accounting, taxation, and BIR filing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Has excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate BIR filings, compliance with tax laws, and preparation of government-mandated reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and process transactions efficiently.
- Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software for data analysis, reporting, and financial management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Provide administrative support in a variety of functions of the company.
- Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential request that are presented to the executive for considerations.
- Respond to our routes priority or confidential inquiries from external/internal sources with correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
