Paid Ads Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop tailored communication, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other new platforms.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and increase ROI.
Design and test compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
Provide recommendations for improvement.
Data Analytics & Insights
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, including detailed analysis of key metrics and recommendations for future campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversations, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Create detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Leverage data to make informed decisions about audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Implement pixel tracking and other tracking mechanisms to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
Campaign Optimization
Continuously A/B test creative elements, ad copies, audiences, and placements to enhance campaign results.
Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency and high ROI.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to meet business objectives and KPIs.
Budget Management
Allocate, monitor, and recommend advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Regional Marketing Head, Supervisors, content creators, creatives, and external agencies to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Share campaign insights and performance reports with stakeholders regularly.
Trends & Platform Updates
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
