Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for custom development, platform integrations, application support, and continuous platform optimization across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and modern software development practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Develop custom business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Participate in application deployments and release management activities.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Support data migration, synchronization, and integration initiatives.
• Optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and platform defects.
• Optimize application performance and system reliability.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Salesforce applications and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and business analysts to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.

• Implement Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data protection.
• Ensure platform compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience developing solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience building custom applications, integrations, and data migration solutions.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Experience using Jira and Atlassian collaboration tools.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (or equivalent Salesforce certifications).
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
