Payroll Specialist - Global Payroll Focus

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a mature and proactive individual with a strong background in payroll processing and analysis, particularly with global payroll experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our diverse workforce across multiple international locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in various countries, including but not limited to India, Israel, and other Asian countries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements for each payroll jurisdiction.
• Perform thorough payroll analysis and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations globally.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes and systems.
• Utilize digital tools and technologies to streamline payroll operations.
• Work flexibly to accommodate varying time zones and payroll schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in payroll processing and analysis.
• Mandatory experience in processing global payroll, including India, Israel, and other Asian countries. Local Philippines payroll experience is also essential.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex payroll issues and calculations.
• High level of dependability and a mature professional disposition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in digital tools and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
• Openness to a flexible work schedule to support global payroll cycle
