Media Relations Manager - Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media strategies to enhance brand visibility and public perception.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets.
• Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public relations events.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
• Act as the company’s spokesperson when appropriate.
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management.
• Collaborate with marketing, executive, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare briefing documents and talking points for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Extensive background (5 –7 years) as a Media Relations Manager, including leadership and strategic oversight responsibilities

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in crisis communication and issue management.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics.
