 Accomplishing the Manpower Requirements to fill in the vacant positions as needed by the Company.
 Processing of Manpower Requirement Forms (MRF) to facilitate the posting of a specific position as required by the hiring manager.
 Posting of Manpower Requirements to different Online and Onsite Platforms.
 Filing, Screening and Monitoring Resumes with potential and pooling from Emails or other online Platforms on a daily basis.
 Scheduling of potential candidates and performing in-person and phone interviews as part of the initial interview process.
 Prepares the documents/materials necessary for the 2nd of final interview (Owner/Panel/Manager).
 Endorsing candidates who passed the initial interview to the 2nd or final interview (Owner/Panel/Manager).
 Conduct Background Checking of candidates prior to hiring or next interview. (This include actual checking for special positions)
 Finalize Job Offers together with the Hiring Manager/s.
 Accomplish Job Offers (to be forwarded to the hired applicant for acknowledgment) and Approval for hiring which will be endorsed to the HRMD Officer.
 Disseminating list of requirements to the newly hired applicants which will be submitted prior to the Company Orientation.
 Schedules and conducts Company Orientation (Office and Out-based Guidelines) through online and actual presentation for newly hired applicants.
 Endorse and introduce new employees per department.
 Endorse and orient trainees to trainers.
 Monitors and process evaluations (with coordination with the trainers) until regularization and provides feedback to the trainee and trainers.
 Monitor Trainees under the “Trainee Official Group Chats”, ensuring their tasks and their attendance are being sent from time to time.
 Provides reports and updates on the company’s MRF and attrition rates on a regular basis.
 Answering recruitment related inquiries in through the “HRMD ROYMED account”.
 Support Company Social Media Activities by Liking and Sharing Company Posts.

 Other related clerical works in the Department.
