Workday HRIS Specialist
ISS STOXX is currently seeking a dynamic Workday HRIS Analyst to join our Manila office. In this role, you will be a key player within the HRIS Team, responsible for providing comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of Workday applications, including HCM, Benefits, Performance Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
As the primary point of contact for the Workday support queue, you will adeptly manage and resolve issues, conducting thorough end-user troubleshooting on a global scale. Your responsibilities extend to assisting HRIS and HR Teams in developing user procedures, guidelines, and training materials to ensure seamless integration and utilization of Workday functionalities.
Your role will play a pivotal part in implementing sustainable and efficient solutions for the organization, supporting projects to roll out new modules and functionalities. This involves contributing to scope documentation, design, UAT testing, and implementation.Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to optimize Workday, driving efficiency and continuous process improvement.

What you bring to ISS STOXX- Bachelor's degree holder with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Performance Management, or Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Workday, covering BPs, notifications, condition rules, custom reports, EIBs, CCB integrations, and Security.
- Familiarity with Workday migration tools such as Object Transporter and Workday Solutions is a plus.
- Expertise in performing mass uploads using the enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday is a plus.
- Develops functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Proactively seeks process improvements for delivering efficient Workday solutions.
- Action-oriented and customer-focused, with excellent priority setting and problem-solving skills.
- Driven for results and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational and planning skills, excelling under demanding deadlines with minimal supervision.
This role will be assigned on non-traditional shift or mid/night shift schedule and hybrid work setting.
