The Role: Services Quotation Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Quotation Engineer in our Cavite office.

Your focus will be on Secure Power services like UPS products, and Power Systems services like the MV/LV electrical distribution equipment.

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, and tender specifications for Field Service activities
• Identify cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and technical requirements (both explicit and implied)
• Collaborate with local and overseas internal stakeholders
• Prepare costing sheets to show the cost and margin of offers, ensuring minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels
• Prepare high-quality quotations that define the technical solution proposed, whilst mitigating technical and commercial risks
• Process order booking
• Preparation of technically accurate quotations focused on SP,PS,IND,PP,DP solutions in accordance with project specifications and schematic diagrams.
• Possess a solid background in Schneider Electric products and solutions, including Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Relays, Switchgears, Motor Starters, Contactors, Soft Starters, Power Meters, Protection Devices, and Energy Management Systems. Experienced with key product families such as Masterpact, Easergy, Sepam, and Micrologic.
• Proficient in Schneider Electric software platforms including EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert, EcoStruxure Facility Expert, and EcoStruxure Asset Advisor.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations regarding quotation delivery times, technical knowledge, and knowledge of industry requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy of technical solution
• Identify appropriate Schneider technical solution
• Use Schneider quoting tools to configure and price selected solution
• Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines
• Conduct tender follow-up, negotiations and training within the team.
• Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of one year of experience in design, solution development, and tendering/bidding processes within the Data Center Infrastructure sector is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in the supply, installation, and site testing of Energy Management and UPS products.
• Proficient in low and medium-voltage equipment, design, installation, and use.
• Previous experience in submission of tenders and preparing quotations
• Previous experience in Data Center and Electrical Facilities, is a plus
• The ability to read and interpret Electrical equipment technical specifications, schematic diagrams, and single-line drawings
• Previous experience in commercial and contract management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Thai language.
