Field Architect (Boracay)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced licensed Architect to oversee and manage construction projects on the island of Boracay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both construction and fit-outs, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Valid professional license (PRC)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction and fit-outs
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from conception to completion
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hotel construction and development is highly preferred.
• The role requires a strong understanding of building codes, project management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Boracay when needed.
