GSA / Cashier (Experienced)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Cashier to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling front desk and cashiering duties. The role is responsible for guest transactions, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle check-in/check-out and customer transactions accurately
• Process payments (cash, card, and other methods)
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate cashiering records
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk/cashier area

Qualifications:

• With proven experience as GSA, cashier, or in customer service role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry
