Reports To: Team Leader/Shift Supervisor/Store Manager
Overview:
A Team Member plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the success of the team. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers, preparing products, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries or orders.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.Upsell products and recommend items based on customer preferences.
Product Preparation: Prepare and serve food, beverages, or products according to the company's standards.
Ensure the quality, presentation, and freshness of all items served.Follow safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
Store Operations: Operate the cash register or Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly.Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, displays, and supplies as needed.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the store, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
Adhere to daily cleaning schedules and assist with deep cleaning tasks.Report any maintenance or operational issues to the supervisor.
Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve store goals.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates regarding tasks and responsibilities.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Compliance and Standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Maintain a professional appearance and behavior in alignment with company values.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
