About the role

Luxman Globalworks Inc. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and distributing documents
  • Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Updating daily bookkeeping and supporting documents
What we're looking for
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a similar office clerk or administrative support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
