Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer Drafter to join our growing team. This role is to competently programme and set up CNC machines to manufacture components and equipment in accordance with design drawings and specifications within acceptable quality standards and timescales

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect & ensure the CNC machine is in good working condition before setting up.
• Conduct all programming as required.
• Inspect first off article produced to ensure specifications are achieved.
• Detect & correct programming errors prior to commencing batch run.
• Measure and record machined sizes, in accordance with required tolerance.
• Reverse engineer from a supplied item where no drawings have been provided.
• Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, complete, and safe condition
• Test and calibrate equipment under relevant supervision and record equipment data.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality.
• Complete Job sheet & back up programme for each job & file.
• Accurately log job times at the end of shift daily.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management or the Client to support the organization’s operational needs.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in steel plate processing; FICEP Steel Projects PLM experience is required.
• 3D CNC programming experience is highly desirable (including CNC lathe with milling, CNC bridge mill, or vertical lathe).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is essential.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Australian standards and/or previous overseas work experience is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret technical fabrication drawings.
• Effective time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig
