Service Delivery Report Specialist

Monitor and manage operational performance, including KPIs, SLAs, and issue escalations.
- Prepare and present service reports and business performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage feedback channels to improve service delivery.
- Identify and implement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement efforts across operation.
- Support workforce planning activities and capacity modelling to meet business needs.
- Track employee skills, competencies, and capability development to support team growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and terminology is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or IT programming roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business process operations, with Finance Shared Services experience considered a plus.
- Strong SQL expertise, including query optimisation, joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- Hands on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JDE is advantageous.
- Good understanding of BPO performance metrics and operational processes.
- Experience managing and analysing large datasets using relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Programming skills are beneficial.
