Accounting Liason

About the role

As the Accounting Liaison at Alto Audio Design Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. This full-time position is based in Iloilo City, Iloilo, and will involve liaising with the accounting team to provide high-quality support and services.

1. Serving as the primary point of contact between the business and the accounting department
2. Assisting with the preparation and processing of accounting documents, such as BIR, Employee Benefits, Invoices, Expense Reports.
3. Providing support in the reconciliation of accounts and the maintenance of accurate financial records
4. Collaborating with the accounting team to address any discrepancies or issues that arise
5. Contributing to the implementation of financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
6. Generating financial reports and providing insights to support business decision-making
7. Maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant accounting regulations and best practices

3. Proficiency in using accounting basic knowledge such as basic formulas, spreadsheet applications
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel
5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
