- Managing, directing, and guiding queues, resolving guest complaints, and providing information about the park.
- Cleaning debris around rides and assigned work areas, including food stands or restrooms.
- Processing transactions for food, merchandise, or tickets using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and in various weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of visitors.Customer Focus:
- Friendly, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Usually a high school diploma or GED is required, though many positions are entry-level with training provided
