Revenue Finance Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Finance Manager to oversee revenue processes from recognition to billing and cash collection. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, protects project profitability, and partners with key business teams to improve revenue performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in revenue accounting, project finance, contract management, and working with cross-functional teams.

• Manage revenue recognition activities in line with IFRS 15.
• Review project revenue, margins, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
• Monitor risks such as unbilled work, revenue leakage, and margin issues.
• Review contracts for pricing, billing terms, and financial impact.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams.
• Support month-end close, audits, and financial controls.
• Improve finance processes and systems, including SAP and CRM tools.
• Provide financial insights and reports to leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• 8–12 years of experience in revenue accounting, project accounting, commercial finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with project profitability, billing operations, and contract management.
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM/project management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Experience in a project-based, consulting, technology, or professional services environment is highly preferred.
