- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (compressed schedule)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations, including treasury, trade transactions, and tax compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Controls- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis
- Oversee month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with standards
- Manage daily cash flow and banking relationships
- Oversee bank transactions, interbank transfers, and cash flow reporting
- Monitor liquidity and optimize cash utilization
- Oversee trade receivables and payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review payment requests and resolve vendor inquiries
- Ensure effective management of trade-related transactions
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and filings
- Review tax computations, declarations, and payments (e.g., BIR EFPS)
- Lead tax audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
- Provide tax advisory support to internal teams
- Oversee payroll accounting, processing, and final pay
- Support ad hoc finance initiatives and continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager role
- Strong background in treasury, AR/AP, and tax compliance
- Experience in audit or tax consulting is a plus
- Exposure to logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in SAP and financial systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
