About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at NYGC Services, Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of our accounts receivable and credit control processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responsible for the full life cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
  3. Proactively communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and generate relevant reports
  6. Provide support in the resolution of customer queries and complaints related to invoicing and payments
  7. Participate in the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  6. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
