Job Description:
Education and Experience:
- Atleast Highschool graduate
- With or Without NCII
- knowledgeable in driving counter balance and reach truck
- With at least 1-2 years work experience in logistics and warehousing as group or team lead in operations
- With ample experience in leading teams and project management
- Experience in handling and implementing WMS systems and processes
- Knowledgeable in MHE operations and utilization.
Skills:
- Effective leadership ability and accountability to oversee the operation day to day operations.
- Strong and solid coordination skills.
- Ability to strictly promote and implement company policies and procedures within the department.
- Has an understanding of productivity, efficiency and safety metrics.
- Keen to information and details in monitoring the overall performance of the assigned section.
