The role you have applied for is a Full-time position for one of our clients based in Australia (following Sydney time zone).

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and enjoys working independently while being part of a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns (design, write, and schedule emails using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates)
  • Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and blog posting (basic WordPress or similar platform knowledge preferred)
  • Manage digital files, marketing assets, and brand templates
  • Collaborate with the design team or use Canva to create marketing materials (flyers, social media graphics, etc.)
  • Support in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Engage with online community groups and manage basic customer responses on social channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or virtual assistance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer, Trello, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and access to your own computer
  • Bonus: experience with SEO, content writing, or video editing
