Human Resources Business Partner (BPO experience required)

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Mid to Night Shift

Job Description: The HRBP Associate Manager will support the Human Resources Business Partner function by managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for assigned business units. This role ensures alignment of HR practices with organizational goals while providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs across the business unit.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment medical requirements.
  • Partner with managers to address workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to mid-to-night shift schedules.
  • Direct Exposure to leadership and executives
  • Owned HR Dashboards (Attrition, Absenteeism, Headcount etc.).
  • Knows how to Translate data into insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Designed retention Strategies and Attrition Glidepaths
  • Led Organizational Changes (Restructuring, transitions and New Programs)

Core Skill Needed:

  • Strong Analytical thinking (Trends, RCA)
  • Connect Metric to Business Outcomes
  • Strong in Presentation Building (PPT, Executive Decks, Solutioning – Boardroom Ready)
  • Confident in facilitating discussions with Senior Stakeholders
