ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Accounting Related Course
• Female

Reporting to: General Manager Major

Deliverables:

1. Accuracy and Timeliness of Accounting Report
2. Compliance to Standards as

1. Complete & Correct attachments as supporting documents
2. Properly Verified Invoices and Receipts necessary for payment processing

1. On time processing of required Gov’t-mandated benefits
2. Compliance to the company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values Major

Tasks:

1. Disburses Petty Cash Fund to requesting personnel once the Fund is approved
2. Reviews and processes invoices from suppliers
3. Sorts out these invoices in terms of dates and files them in respective folders
4. Processes payables and releases checks to suppliers and service providers once approved
5. Records released checks for future reference
6. Prepares formal reconciliation of records and submits to superior as required
7. Prepares appropriate report related to government-mandated benefits of employees
8. Prepares monthly BIR reports related to 1601C (monthly compensation) and 1601E & F (monthly withholding tax)
9. Encodes sales from Receipts
10. Run errands to banks for sales deposits and payment to government offices as required by law
11. Prepares quarterly VAT Relief for submission to BIR
12. Performs other function as may be required on a temporary basis.
