As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for developing and managing creative assets across digital, social, print, and web channels. From brand visuals to campaign materials, you'll turn strategy into compelling content that builds engagement and impact for an international education provider.

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design across digital (Social Media Assets and Landing page) and print, including concept creation (UI design desirable).
• Proficient in Design Software: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Creative and Innovative Design Skills: Strong creative ability to produce visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print formats.
• Brand Consistency Awareness: Keen understanding of brand identity with the ability to maintain consistency across all visual assets.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Multitasking and Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design elements, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Current Industry Knowledge: Staying updated with the latest trends in graphic design, digital media, and effective visual communication strategies. Up-to-date knowledge of new design technology, including experimentation with AI.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Branding and Marketing Communication: Sound knowledge of branding principles and the development of marketing communications across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, from concept to production.
• Culture fit: Clearly demonstrates the alignment to client's Values

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and maintain a range of brand assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with AIB's branding guidelines across all platforms.

• Produce compelling digital assets for marketing campaigns, including graphics for social media, email marketing, websites, and traditional and online advertising.

• Create visually appealing and functional design elements for AIB's website and landing pages, enhancing user experience and engagement.

• Design effective and aesthetically pleasing email direct marketing (EDM) templates and assets, aligning with campaign objectives and brand standards.

• Develop creative and impactful visuals tailored for various social media platforms to boost engagement and brand presence.

• Create designs for physical marketing materials such as signage, brochures, traditional advertising, and other collateral for events and promotions.

• Handle the creation and management of assets, ensuring proper usage rights and organized filing for easy access and use through SharePoint.

• Assist in coordinating design projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required, ensuring quality output and adherence to brand standards.
