Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
With at least 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, finance, or related functions, preferably with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance standards.
Knowledgeable in financial reporting, accounting procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear audit reports and present findings.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple audit engagements, and meet deadlines
