Responsibilities:
- Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
- Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
- Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
- Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
- Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
- Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates with at least 2 years of college completed.
- With at least 1 year of BPO work experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial accounts (any or combined)
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.
