Responsibilities
- Deliver the best customer service to our clients and partner clients globally across different support platforms.
- Show empathy to frustrated clients and care passionately about the service that you as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative are giving or assisting.
- Create support experiences that exceed users' expectations
- Experience: interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments; accessing data using a computerized system; independently handling complaints and upset individuals in a business setting; conducting sensitive fact-finding interviews.
- At least 2nd year college undergraduate or Associate Degree graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years BPO experience (voice account)
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Amenable to work on a night shift
- Able to work on-site
