• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience specifically in UiPath and Alteryx
• 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA
• 3+ years of experience in audit, IT support, or a technology-focused role within professional services
• Experience in application development and implementation support
• Experience in RPA development using UiPath or similar platforms
• Proficiency with audit and data tools such as CaseWare, Alteryx, and Power BI
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate, UiPath)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide day-to-day support for audit teams using digital audit tools (e.g., CaseWare, Alteryx, Power BI, DocuMine)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors as needed

• Assist with technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, and deployment
• Support the rollout and configuration of new audit and automation tools
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance tool functionality and usability

• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for audit staff
• Maintain current user guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation

• Identify opportunities to automate or improve audit processes using Python, SQL, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovative solutions
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance audit capabilities

• Assist audit teams in extracting, transforming, and analyzing client data
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with firm policies
