The incumbent is responsible for implementing scheduled preventive maintenance for all company vehicles, trucks, and equipment. This includes conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, addressing defects, and ensuring timely repairs. The incumbent also supports the preparation and analysis of fleet reports and helps monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance history.
It also involves responding to breakdowns, coordinating with end-users, supervising repairs, and assisting in procurement and personnel evaluations. Additionally, the incumbent conducts training and examinations for drivers and operators, visits transloading stations, and performs other assigned tasks, including occasional driving.
With 8 to 10 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of cranes, payloaders, and other heavy and light equipment.
Skilled in managing both light and heavy equipment maintenance operations.
A graduate of mechanical engineering or any automotive technical course.
With TESDA certificate NCII, related to light and heavy equipment maintenance.
