About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with expertise in AI-driven marketing strategies and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on using artificial intelligence and data insights to enhance marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and optimize marketing ROI for our Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of AI-powered marketing solutions, including personalized email campaigns and predictive analytics
• Use data analysis and machine learning tools to drive decision-making and enhance customer segmentation
• Collaborate with Australian-based teams to tailor marketing strategies to meet client objectives
• Analyze campaign performance, leveraging AI tools to optimize conversions and engagement rates
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to drive growth

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on AI and data-driven strategies
• Proficiency with AI marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot AI, Google AI) and data analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Ability to collaborate with teams based in different countries, particularly Australian clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns
