Job Description
We are looking for a Data Engineer specializing in Data Integration to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions. This role focuses on developing ETL pipelines and ensuring seamless data flow from multiple sources into business intelligence systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data integration solutions using ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, etc.)
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems
- Develop data mappings, workflows, and transformations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize and troubleshoot data processes and performance issues
- Support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives
- Document processes and follow best practices in data engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience in data engineering, data integration, or ETL development
- Hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IDMC, CDI, or DEI)
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data quality concepts
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, etc.)
- Experience in data warehousing or business intelligence projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools like Ab Initio or IBM DataStage
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of data migration and large-scale data processing
