• Must have experience in Operations or Container Terminal Yard
• Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Generate reports as required by management
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide administrative support
• Update existing data and retrieve information from the system when requested

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a data encoder, data entry clerk, or similar role (preferred but not always required)
• Fast typing skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with data management software
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent typing and data entry skills

• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
