Accounting & System Coordinator (WMS)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between technical systems and practical business operations. This role requires someone who can understand the complexities of coding-related workflows while maintaining a clear, simplified approach to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Interpret and support system processes with an understanding of both technical detail and overall workflow simplicity
• Manage and review financial data using Quicken and other transactional software
• Prepare accurate and organized reports for accountants and business owners
• Identify and address issues proactively, leading discussions to resolve challenges
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, across teams
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Part-time role, up to 30 hours per week
• Flexible working schedule

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can think both technically and practically, balancing attention to detail with a broader understanding of how systems should function efficiently. This person is proactive, communicative, and comfortable taking the lead when problem-solving is required.

• Experience using Quicken is required
• Background in accounting or financial operations
• Familiarity with a range of transactional and financial software
• Strong report generation and data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Confidence in leading complex or sensitive conversations
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
