Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales of commercial trucks and buses to corporate clients, fleet operators, and individual buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, providing consultative sales approach and understanding customer needs for appropriate vehicle solutions
- Product Expertise & Demonstrations: Conduct professional product presentations and test drives, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of truck and bus specifications, features, and financing options
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and report market insights to management
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales proposals, process purchase orders, coordinate with finance and service departments, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license required; ability to drive manual transmission trucks and buses preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with ability to influence decision-makers
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; willingness to travel within assigned territory
