Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client in the IT services and digital transformation solutions industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong consultative selling experience and a proven track record in enterprise technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consultative selling and enterprise technology sales.
• Strong background in Systems Integration is highly preferred.
• Experience selling Cloud, AI, Data, or Digital Transformation solutions is an advantage.
• Candidates from Systems Integration companies are highly preferred.
• Experience working with a fintech industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
