Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience using HubSpot to create and send email marketing campaigns (EDMs), build and update landing pages, and manage basic workflows.
They will also be responsible for developing engaging social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as creating clean, text-based downloadable PDF documents such as brochures, case studies, or guides. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.

Experience with Canva or similar tools for document formatting is a plus. This role also includes general marketing support such as content updates, coordination of marketing assets, and assisting with reporting and campaign execution.4o
