In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and closing key real estate transactions that contribute to the continued success of our company.
What you'll be doing- Proactively prospecting for new clients and building a strong pipeline of potential buyers
- Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase our premium real estate offerings
- Negotiating deals and closing sales transactions with professionalism and integrity
- Providing post-sales support to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, property developments, and industry regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales and marketing strategies
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
