About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Officer to join the team at Reyes Barbecue' in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and professional development.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, and print
Creating engaging content such as blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collateral
Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
Analyzing marketing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies
Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for creating compelling marketing campaigns that drive results
