Influencer Marketing Specialist / KOL Specialist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist (KOL Specialist) to develop, manage, and optimize influencer partnerships. This role focuses on building strong relationships with influencers, executing campaigns, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and recruit relevant influencers/KOLs aligned with brand values and target audience
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and approvals
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand consistency and compliance
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions)
- Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, and emerging influencers
- Manage influencer databases and outreach pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social media teams for integrated campaigns
