Job Description:
Product Development- Create business requirements for areas of improvement in Abenson App and Loyalty
- Define test and acceptance criteria to help uncover areas for improvement within
Abenson App and Loyalty CRM System.
Vendor Management- Coordinate with Abenson App & Loyalty CRM vendor for new developments.
- Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and
stakeholder expectations.
Business Development- Regularly conducts research to monitor the retail, loyalty, and mobile app industry
landscape and apply findings to contribute to the overall mobile app product
strategy.- Initiate project proposals from established customer pain points (internal and external
customers)● Utilize basic project management tools and data analysis techniques to improve the
quality of internal processes and ensure the alignment of operational goals of all
involved teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any business & technical
- Basic understanding of coding and development terms
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Flexible and adaptive (in tech, process, team dynamics)
- Detail oriented
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations and address
- Knowledge in project management methodologies, cost management, risk
management and quality management is a plus
