We are a leading Singaporean-based company specializing in the energy sector. With a strong presence in Singapore, we are expanding our operations into Philippines and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Telesales Team Manager to spearhead our growth in this new market.

Job Description: As a Sales Manager for our Philippines expansion, you will be responsible for building and leading the local Telesales team from the ground up. You should be someone who is familiar with the Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) markets.You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in Philippines, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in corporate telesales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and market penetration in Philippines.
- Recruit, onboard, and train the local Philippine Telesales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in telesales management targeting SME market - mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing businesses in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.
