Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a talented Project Manager & Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a contract professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our cutting-edge digital projects. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this position combines project management expertise with hands-on software development, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company's growth and innovation.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital products and solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans
- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling
- Perform hands-on software development tasks, such as coding, testing, and debugging, to contribute to the technical delivery of projects
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective strategies to address challenges and ensure project success
- Communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders, and provide regular updates
- Ensure adherence to company and industry best practices, standards, and processes
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and software development, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong technical background and proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality digital projects on time and within budget
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing project requirements and dynamics
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
