Data Encoder | Cebu City

The Data Encoder is responsible for handling and processing information by inputting data into databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency. The role requires ensuring that all records are complete, correct, and updated on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode data from source documents into company systems
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
• Update and maintain records in databases
• Organize and file documents (digital or physical) for easy retrieval
• Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate simple reports as needed
• Follow company data privacy and confidentiality policies
• Meet daily or weekly data entry targets

Note: This is not a Work from Home (WFH) position; candidates must be available to be interview on-site and work on-site while adhering to minimum health standards.
